Unlike most Realtors, I entered real estate with a degree in economics (minor in statistics) from UCLA and a strong business background, having owned my own technology consulting firm for almost 20 years. My business experience and educational background have been applied so that I can analyze and speak knowledgeably about neighborhood property values and activity, thereby providing the value my clients need for their purchasing and selling decisions. In contrast to DataQuick and other reporting clearinghouses that paint broad strokes regarding the real estate market in Los Angeles, I can quickly determine which areas or neighborhoods within a given city are holding their values, or declining.

Locally, I'm a member of the North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee.
