For Sellers, I do this by conducting a thorough analysis of the value of your property, explaining current and near-future local neighborhood and market trends and helping you find the right buyer at the right price and terms. This includes discussion of various options, advantages and pitfalls if you are considering a short sale* or some form of foreclosure.
