Did you know that closing your real estate transaction with me not only benefits you, the Realtors and other professionals with whom they work, it helps local non-profits as well?
When you do business with me, 5% of my net commissions are donated to non-profits that serve our communities. "Givers gain", and there is no better way to feel good than by helping those that are in need. For an example of this, see the report in the San Fernando Valley Business Journal on June 8, 2008 describing my brokering of Ride On's new ranch for therapeutic horseback riding located at 10860 Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
